Super Brothers Plumbing Heating & Air Reviews

Water Softener Installation

I had Super Brothers Plumbing install a whole-house water softener, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and completed the installation with excellent attention to detail. The workmanship was clean and professional, and they left the area spotless when they were finished. If you're looking for a trustworthy plumbing company that takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Super Brothers Plumbing. Great communication, fair pricing, and top-notch service from start to finish!

Mini Split Installation

We recently used the Super Brothers team for a mini split installation and they were outstanding from start to finish. Out of all the quotes we received, they were by far the most communicative and offered the most transparent pricing with no hidden surprises The entire team was professional, respectful of our home, and completed the job quickly and effectively. We're very happy with our new system! Highly recommend them for any plumbing, heating, or AC needs!

Electrical Panel Upgrade

Super Brothers was great through the whole process. The initial visit for the panel estimate, all questions were answered and was comfortable working with the guy who came out. Very professional and wore shoe covers. Scheduled the work to be done and the electrician who came out was also professional and nice. Completed the work on time and verified power was working. Even patched up the wall (surprise because I had minor work done with another company that left open holes in my walls). Super Brothers handled the permits and setting up the inspection. On day of inspection I called to coordinate the inspection time and they handled the final inspection with the city. My wife chose this company, I should have listened to her in the first place and would have saved myself a headache and money from the first company I chose. Super Brothers is super.

Hvac Repair

Val and then Mohammed were on time and very knowledgeable. They explained and showed me everything that was wrong with my HVAC and water heater. They were friendly and fixed the problems in no time. I highly recommend Super Brothers.

Heat Pump Installation

I got a VERY reasonable quote for a heat pump water heater. The installers arrived early, and did a very professional job! I recommend super Brothers, plumbing and HVAC highly

Drain Cleaning

Called Super Bros and they came out the next day, the clogged line was cleared within two hours I appreciate that kind of customer service, all the staff are great to work with

Gas Water Heater to Heat Pump Conversion

Replaced our dead gas water heater for an electric heat pump. Eugene was great at discussing our hot water needs/routines and advising the pros and cons of each option so we could make an informed and confident decision. Mohammed who did the installation was courteous and respectful, working late to get the job done. I liked that Super Brothers took care of all rebates and permits. My one criticism was that Mohammed was running late and would have appreciated a heads up for an updated ETA.

Hot Water Heater Installation

They went above and beyond to install the best hot water heater. And it was.a great price, too.

Ac Unit Repair

I hired Super Brothers for a AC tune. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He found a small air leak in my roof AC unit which he fixed immediately. My AC is working perfectly now. Thank you!

Copper Repipe

I just had my house repiped with copper and I am very happy with the work Boris, Nikc, Paul, and Alex did. Every morning they were on time and immediately got to work. They were diligent about keeping the work spaces clean and communicated clearly the timeline and when we would and would not have water. As part of the repipe they also replaced a sink faucet, our water heater, and installed a water softener. Every time I had a question, Boris made sure to answer with a clear explanation that removed any concerns I had. The best part was that the job was estimated to take four days, but the crew got it done in three!

Replaced our 64 year old cast iron sewer pipes

They came in to replace our 64 year old cast iron sewer pipes. The team came in led by Andre. They assessed the best way to get it done and got right to it. They were very courteous, they covered everything that needed to be covered, and only walked on the floor coverings. Every afternoon/ evening they cleaned up all work spaces. Andre communicated what they had worked on and what work would be done the next day. The work took 3 days, and they were here on time all 3 day ready to work putting down the floor coverings and getting to it. It is not an easy job, but they did it with integrity to make sure it was done right.

Fixed Emergency Leak The Same Day

I had an emergency water leak and could not get ANY plumbers out on the same day( it was late in the day). These guys came out and handled the leak and other issues I had in my house! the quality of the work was amazing along with the price! I will definitely use them again.

Responsive, professional and competitively priced...would highly recommend. Thank you guys again for all the above.

How much do I appreciate Super Brothers? Let me count the ways! We first came across them years ago after getting an outrageous quote from a different HVAC company for a new water heater install for a two story duplex. Not only did Super Brothers offer a fair quote on their first visit, but they went above and beyond getting the heavy water heater into the attic of a 2 story duplex. Most recently this year, I had them install two new toilets in my house, a new sink in a bathroom and they serviced my air conditioner. All done with professionalism and patience. In between those two services, we've also had them install a new shower cartridge in an older home, a complete repipe to fix a leak and increase water pressure and a new electric water heater in an older home. If Super Brothers offers the service, that's who I'm calling. 7 stars. Highly recommended!

I called Super Brothers to get a quote on a mini split and a whole house water filter 10 days before my 32 week pregnant wife and I were going to move into our new home. But as things tend to do, the project increased in scope to replacing our old galvanized pipes. As Dima from SB said, there was no point in a filter if we were going to push the water through those pipes! Given that we had the baby on the way, he and his team reorganized their schedule so that they could repipe our entire house before we moved in. They did quick and quality work and the price was competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for my next plumbing project.

The plumber was a super nice guy, professional and hard working. He put in some time to help me clean up.

Replaced Water Heater on short notice, heat pump upgrade

Super Brothers Plumbing quickly replaced our broken gas water heater with an electric one on short notice. They were professional, responsive, and very affordable. The team explained everything clearly, did great work, and helped us get all the rebates we qualified for. Highly recommend them for fast, reliable service!

Upgraded Gas water heater to Heat pump, and stood by their quote

We had our gas water heater go out on the weekend, and needed a replacement. I reached out to Super Brother's for a quote (based on some positive reviews) and they asked some questions and for pictures, within a couple hours providing me a quote! They stood by their quote which was a great value, and installed the new heat pump water heater extremely quickly later in the same week. Boris was extremely efficient and professional, walking me through all of his install process! Would definitely recommend Super Brothers for the quality and fast service response!

Patient, went above & beyond - took care of family

Andrii - our plumber - went above and beyond and was extremely patient with my Nana and my elderly mother. He gave a quote which I approved - and then according to my mother he did a a couple extra things around the house that he noticed were fixes he could do in the moment. Bravo! As man trying to care for his family but works full time and can't always be there, that is invaluable thing he gave my family.

Serge was great at unclogging main water line - Toilets are working again

Shout out to Serge who showed up the same day we reached out, was friendly and professional and worked very hard to fix a complicated clog in our main line. Really appreciate the fix as all of our toilets were not working. Now they flush like champs!

Super Brothers did an excellent job in replacing my water main line that was leaking very badly and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I chose Super Brothers due to their BBB accreditation with an A+ rating and happy that I did with no regrets. Karen was very helpful and instrumental in coordinating throughout the whole process in the completion of the new water line. And I thank the crew, especially Alex, for a job well done. Great customer service and crew, I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend Super Brothers to everyone for their plumbing necessities.

On-time, Respectful - Garbage disposal replacement

Showed up on time, respectfully put booties on replaced the garbage disposal tested it then had me to test it and then wished us a great day.

gas water heaters upgraded to heat pump water heaters

We had 2 gas water heaters replaced with heat pump electric water heaters. The job was done efficiently and all cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied with Boris and Artem.

They replaced my faulty stopper in my bathroom sink with a popper that works better than the original. The price was very reasonable compared to their competitors and they were on time, friendly, and professional.

Great service installing our new sink. Thanks Boris and everyone at Super Brothers Plumbing Heating & Air.

Gas to a heat pump conversion

Super Brothers was simply outstanding! We converted from gas to a heat pump water heater. Their pricing was fair and competitive, scheduling was fast and easy, and the contractor/installer was a professional genius! I would recommend them to my family and friends, and will use them again in the future.

Super Brothers repiped my whole house. First company to bid. Came in thousands of dollars under the other bids. Started a few days after we signed the contract and completed the whole job, with drywall replacement and texture in eleven days. I could not be more impressed. County Inspector also seemed impressed! Their expertise can only be achieved with years of experience. And their drywall guy (Thanks Val!) is nothing short of an artist! Thank you Super Brothers!

Locate leaks and repair! Recommends Super Brothers

Super Brothers has been our Go To plumbers for several years. They are professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing and air conditioning. This last visit was to determine the origin of two separate leaks and repair them. Bothe leaks were quickly identified. One was immediately repaired, and the other needed a unique part that is on order and will be addressed next week. It's very comforting to know that when a plumbing or air conditioning issue arises, we don't have to search for a company who can take care of it. We just call Super Brothers!

He was fast and clean would reccomend Super Brothers for any plumbing needs. I also got my heat pump water heater installed with them last year and it was a seamless process they made it super easy. They are the first people I call with anything plumbing.

They handled everything quickly and kept me updated.

Two water heaters replaced and other plumbing work on different properties

I've used Super Brothers multiple times and recommend them. I've had two water heaters replaced, a third worked on, and other plumbing work (in different properties over the years, not in the same house. That would be a lot of work for one house!). They are professional, fast, and reasonably priced.

Competitive pricing and smooth installation

Super Brothers did a great job. Mike completed the taken care of exactly what was needed. the result was great. I only did it look good, but had us up and running back on our own water supply within a couple hours while he finished the installation. Explained everything to me on how the system worked. As usual, Super Bros had very competitive pricing on the system and installation.

My 4300 square foot home had Kitec piping installed by the builder. 18 years later I developed a hot water line leak. After a large gas and water bill I found the issue and called three plumbers to quote on the whole house repipe job. Super Brothers submitted a fair price, and coupled with their great reputation, I chose them. They completed the job on time. A job this big required moving furniture and they handled our stuff with care. I can't say enough about the quality of their workmanship. These guys take a lot of pride in their job and have become my first call if an issue arises.

Faucet Repair, Done cleanly

Our bathroom faucet was loose and leaky. Boris installed a new bathroom faucet meticulously! It only took him about an hour from arrival to departur, and he was clean, and did a great job. Thanks, Boris!

I have used Super Brothers several times. They completed a total repipe and sewer cleanup. I am very impressed with their work—very clean and timely. Thank you Super Brothers. They are the brother you wish you had! 😉

I have used Super Brothers twice in the last couple of years, i truly enjoyed the prompt services they provided, and am very happy with their professionalism and work. Everyone (Karen, Kathy, Dimitar, Boris, Nick, Val, just to name a few) that i had come across are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Overall they are a fantastic and reliable team! Incredible service from start to finish! Extremely professional, kind and informative. Would recommend to anybody. Thank you Super Brothers, you saved us!!

Pleased with the quote by super brothers, Came on time and fixed quickly

We are SO pleased with this company! We got a RIDICULOUS $3000 quote from another company to fix our shower cartridge, so I reached out to Super Brothers to see what they would charge because Google says it should only cost between $200 and $400. They quoted me $285 plus the part, and that's exactly what they charged after finishing the job. They didn't feed us BS about needing to replace pipes and all that, or jack the price up after showing up in person. They came right on time and fixed it quickly. They also gave us 2 gift cards for future use with them if we should need them to come back and fix anything, and a little notebook. We will definitely use them in the future!

Super Brothers has always been reliable efficient and affordable. I recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work.
