Upgraded Gas water heater to Heat pump, and stood by their quote

We had our gas water heater go out on the weekend, and needed a replacement. I reached out to Super Brother's for a quote (based on some positive reviews) and they asked some questions and for pictures, within a couple hours providing me a quote! They stood by their quote which was a great value, and installed the new heat pump water heater extremely quickly later in the same week. Boris was extremely efficient and professional, walking me through all of his install process! Would definitely recommend Super Brothers for the quality and fast service response!

Locate leaks and repair! Recommends Super Brothers

Super Brothers has been our Go To plumbers for several years. They are professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing and air conditioning. This last visit was to determine the origin of two separate leaks and repair them. Bothe leaks were quickly identified. One was immediately repaired, and the other needed a unique part that is on order and will be addressed next week. It's very comforting to know that when a plumbing or air conditioning issue arises, we don't have to search for a company who can take care of it. We just call Super Brothers!

My 4300 square foot home had Kitec piping installed by the builder. 18 years later I developed a hot water line leak. After a large gas and water bill I found the issue and called three plumbers to quote on the whole house repipe job. Super Brothers submitted a fair price, and coupled with their great reputation, I chose them. They completed the job on time. A job this big required moving furniture and they handled our stuff with care. I can't say enough about the quality of their workmanship. These guys take a lot of pride in their job and have become my first call if an issue arises.

Replaced our 64 year old cast iron sewer pipes

They came in to replace our 64 year old cast iron sewer pipes. The team came in led by Andre. They assessed the best way to get it done and got right to it. They were very courteous, they covered everything that needed to be covered, and only walked on the floor coverings. Every afternoon/ evening they cleaned up all work spaces. Andre communicated what they had worked on and what work would be done the next day. The work took 3 days, and they were here on time all 3 day ready to work putting down the floor coverings and getting to it. It is not an easy job, but they did it with integrity to make sure it was done right.

The plumber was a super nice guy, professional and hard working.He put in some time to help me clean up.

Serge was great at unclogging main water line - Toilets are working again

Shout out to Serge who showed up the same day we reached out, was friendly and professional and worked very hard to fix a complicated clog in our main line. Really appreciate the fix as all of our toilets were not working. Now they flush like champs!

I called Super Brothers to get a quote on a mini split and a whole house water filter 10 days before my 32 week pregnant wife and I were going to move into our new home. But as things tend to do, the project increased in scope to replacing our old galvanized pipes. As Dima from SB said, there was no point in a filter if we were going to push the water through those pipes! Given that we had the baby on the way, he and his team reorganized their schedule so that they could repipe our entire house before we moved in. They did quick and quality work and the price was competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for my next plumbing project.

I've used Super Brothers multiple times and recommend them. I've had two water heaters replaced, a third worked on, and other plumbing work (in different properties over the years, not in the same house. That would be a lot of work for one house!). Fixed Emergency Leak The Same Day

I had an emergency water leak and could not get ANY plumbers out on the same day( it was late in the day). These guys came out and handled the leak and other issues I had in my house! the quality of the work was amazing along with the price! I will definitely use them again.

Copper Repipe

I just had my house repiped with copper and I am very happy with the work Boris, Nikc, Paul, and Alex did. Every morning they were on time and immediately got to work. They were diligent about keeping the work spaces clean and communicated clearly the timeline and when we would and would not have water. As part of the repipe they also replaced a sink faucet, our water heater, and installed a water softener. Every time I had a question, Boris made sure to answer with a clear explanation that removed any concerns I had. The best part was that the job was estimated to take four days, but the crew got it done in three!
