Except as noted, this Policy applies to personal information that we process about you both online through superbrothers.com and offline, such as during service visits, by phone, or through our customer support channels.
This Policy does not apply to information we collect about Super Brothers employees, personnel, or job applicants.

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not exchange personal information for money. However, California law defines "sale" broadly to include making personal information available to a third party for valuable consideration, and "sharing" to include disclosure for cross‑context behavioral advertising. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide with our records; in some cases we may request additional information to verify and process your request or ask you to verify your identity directly if you use an authorized agent.

13. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree that Super Brothers may send text messages to your wireless phone number for any purpose, including service updates and marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
